120 King’s Road is a prestigious mixed-use brick development situated in a prime location on King’s Road, Chelsea. Designed by Squire & Partners for Crosstree Real Estate, this seven-storey building enhances the cultural and lifestyle offerings of the area with its blend of workspace and retail spaces.

GA Fixings Ltd played a pivotal role in this project supplying four levels of masonry support, with cavities varying from 20mm up to 250mm the project utilised our full range of masonry support products.

Design and Sustainability:
The design of 120 King’s Road anchors the building in its historic setting, using a buff brick shade with a Flemish bond to echo the surrounding Conservation Area streetscape. The use of reclaimed London Stock bricks significantly reduces the building’s carbon footprint, adding to its sustainability credentials.
The building features fully glazed retail frontages, flexible workspace with external terraces, and a four-storey living vertical wall and sedum-topped roof to enhance local biodiversity and air quality. The project retains 68% of the existing structure, further supporting its sustainability goals.

120 King’s Road was a finalist for the Commercial category in the 2024 Brick Awards, highlighting its excellence in design and construction.
